The main goal at Churrascaria Plataforma is to work continuously in developing a wine list that matches our unique cuisine. You will find in this book dedicated to you, a collection of art. Each of these wines harvest from 1941 to 2008 and have been individually selected by our sommeliers.

We are always searching for that special bottle, region and winemaker. With over 1500 selections our wine list offers gems
from the most wine regions around the world.

Our new wine list features a wide variety of wines by the glass; and also a seasonal wine list by the glass featuring wines
that will work together with each particular season.

We think it's a shame that a wine can travel around the world in good condition, only to turn sour in local warehouses. Plataforma's wine cellars are located underground and have the great advantage of being secure dark at a constant temperature, slightly damp humidity controlled.

We suppose we share the same pleasure in tasting; we have the simplest of taste: We are only satisfied with the best.
